All Aglow by Sol product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If items are damaged when received, customers must email their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange. Items mailed back for an exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Aglow by Sol reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the item returned is not in its original condition.
